New Products for Suzuki arrived as of 8/25/2011

Tekarbon has added three demanding products for Suzuki riders.

Particularly for GSXR 1000 (09-10) we have the Suzuki Carbon Fiber Rear Hugger  that made of quality 3k carbon fiber materials and glossy coating finishing. The rear hugger is already available on Tekarbon's official website at $99.95

There is also the Carbon Fiber Side Fairing Panels GSXR 1000 (09-10) available this week. The pair of side fairings is UV-protected and finished with high quality glossy coating to prevent from yellowing. Pre-drilled holes are in place for easier installation.


On the other hand, Tekarbon has added the carbon fiber Windscreen for GSXR 600 750 (08-09). The windscreen is made of 100% full carbon fiber material; the extra lightness is for racing and riding experience.  The 1x1 plain pattern is more outstanding on a glossy coated surface. BMW K1300R and Buell X1 riders: More Carbon Fiber Options Are Available Now

After announcing the entry to Suzuki B-King 1300, Tekarbon now is reaching out to the BMW K1200R and Buell X1 riders. Tekarbon is now one of the limited online stores offering one-stop service for carbon fiber motorcycle parts, from small parts like heel plates and heat shield to massive body parts like side fairings. 

The BMW line originally includes BMW K1300R, S1000RR and R1200S. Starting in June, Tekarbon has already expanded its catalog with the new product line – BMW K1200R. There are over 30 carbon fiber motorcycle parts for BMW riders, including regular street version and racing version which doesn’t come with pre-cut holes. While all the BMW carbon fiber parts are 2nd generation that means the back mountings and fitment are much nicer, the BMW K1200R even amazes you even further. The parts all feature autoclave production process. 

Autoclave production process is a method of Moist Heat Sterilization, utilizing moisture from hot air lading with water vapour.  This technology is widely used to sterilize products that can withstand high temperatures while not getting burnt. With the correct temperature, amount of pressure and length of time, autoclave finished products are much better in quality and fitment.   

As far as the Buell goes, Tekarbon just expanded their Lightning carbon fiber products from XB to X1 series. There are some hot items such as belly pan, front fender, rear hugger and tank cover at this point, “more products such as heel plates, chain guard will be added based on the customers’ reaction .” quoted from the spokesperson from Tekarbon. Starting price from $59.95 to $249.95, Tekarbon ensures their products are affordable while quality and customer service are being delivered. The line of Buell carbon fiber parts has been one of the hot selling lines at Tekarbon, that explains their extension to X1. 

In addition to the new products for BMW and Buell, Tekarbon is also capable of customizing carbon fiber parts upon customers’ requests. Carbon fiber aficionado can send their OEM parts to Tekarbon, even the year or part Tekarbon is not currently manufacturing, Tekarbon will reproduce a carbon fiber piece out of it. Of course the customer will have to take the risk of the original part being scratched during the molding process; yet the finished product will not be disappointed.
